Born in one of the most multicultural cities in the south of Brazil (Curitiba/Parana’), I was exposed to the strength and beauty of diversity from a young age. It ignited a fire in me to connect with and learn as much as possible about different people, their languages, and their traditions.
After I got married, I moved to Milan, Italy, where I worked in the HR industry. Since the beginning, I had to adapt myself to a new culture and environment. There were so many challenging moments in order to get settled in this place that became my home for 12 years.
A new chapter of my personal and professional life began, when our family moved here to the States (Michigan, specifically), and I had to start over and recreate my place in a new place. There were new and different challenges now adapting to a new culture, and many things to learn and discover. It was a moment to look back on some of the experiences I have lived, what I’ve learned, and the willingness to rediscover my true self and to create meaningful life abroad guided by my values wherever you are.
I’m a globally experienced Executive and Leadership Coach who supports leaders and organizations to become more effective by enhancing their leadership skills and cross-cultural awareness. I’ve worked with clients from over 35 different countries, always ensuring that leaders become more effective and ensuring inclusion in today’s world.
Having worked in both Italy and the United States, I completed the Certified Coach and Leadership training with the Co-Active Training Institute. To further my international experts specializing in Cross-Cultural Training at the Interchange Institute, and Certified at Cultural Intelligence Center. I’m a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, Certified Everything DISC, and Team Coaching International assessment so that I can continue to serve my clients with the most effective training methods.
I love traveling and discovering new cultures so I can continue to relate to my international clients and connect with them in powerful and meaningful ways. I’m very proud of my international family. I’ve been married for over 20 years to my “Italian” husband and my two teenage kids speak three languages fluently as well.
